Louisville Rescue Mission is a nonprofit, gospel-centered ministry serving the homeless and hurting. We have immediate openings for Residential Supervisor Interns that, while unpaid, do provide free housing, utilities, and meals at the Mission – just 3 miles away in the NuLu neighborhood. We’re right behind Royals Hot Chicken and just down the street from the new Quills!

Suite #1 has 3 bedrooms (each shared with one other person), 2 bathrooms, and a shared living room and kitchen. Suite #2 has 1 bedroom (shared with one other person), 1 bathroom, and a small kitchen.

We’re very flexible with move-in/move-out time frames and you won’t have to sign a lease. We’d love for you to stay for at least a semester, but you can continue interning as long as it’s a good fit – even for several years!

This internship is perfect for someone who’d like to work 10-15 hours/week in relational ministry with our LifeChange program for men overcoming homelessness. You’ll even get to preach/teach during the week.

Your apartment will include all utilities (incl. wifi and central air), a washer/dyer, and parking – all for free. The building and parking lot are secure and monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

Your apartment will have a kitchen, but you can eat as many free meals as you’d like with our staff and LifeChange program residents during scheduled meal times (7:30 a.m., 12 p.m., and 6 p.m.).
